Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to lead our finance team. You'll oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and work closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to maintain high performance and efficiency
- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Recommend and implement systems and procedures that enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
- Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. You'll assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Check preparation (disbursement)
- Monthly requisition of the bank statements
- Monitoring and updating of sales and collections (retail and services)
- Preparation of SOA (retail and services)
- Processing of TPC (retail and services)
- Processing of commission (retail and services)
- Processing of sales refund and credit memo (retail and services)
- Regular monitoring and answering of emails and messages on WeChat
- Collection of checks if necessary
- Updating client portal (retail and services)
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (8 AM to 5 PM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, or related course
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

We're looking for an experienced Senior Associate Lawyer to join our legal team. You'll handle complex cases, provide strategic counsel to clients, and mentor junior associates while contributing to high-stakes legal matters across various practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned caseload
- Monitor daily tasks and responsibilities
- Draft and revise pleadings and other legal documents
- Reparation for hearings and other incidents before official tribunals and courts
- Attend and represent clients in court hearings
- Interview and prepare witnesses for court proceedings
- Monitor pleadings for filing
- Strategize for cases being handled
- Attend meetings and consultations with current and prospective clients
- Monitor billings
- Alignment of tasks with KPI/KRAs for the litigation department
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree; member in good standing of the Philippine Bar (RA 1080)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation practice
- Extensive court experience across all stages of proceedings (arraignment, pre-trial, trial, etc.)
- Highly proficient in drafting pleadings of varied complexity
- Capable of independently managing caseloads and addressing client concerns efficiently

We're looking for an organized and proactive HR Admin Staff member to support our human resources operations. You'll handle employee records, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and organize employee engagement activities for both MKST and STLAF
- Assist in planning and implementing CSR programs and outreach activities
- Source suppliers, request quotations, and manage the actual purchasing of office supplies
- Maintain records of purchases and ensure the timely procurement of supplies
- Oversee general office administration, including cleanliness and sanitation
- Facility maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for facility maintenance & repairs.
- Track office supply inventory and request replenishment as needed.
- Assist in recruitment if needed.
- Handle petty cash fund transactions.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Confident, proactive, and able to express thoughts clearly in both written and verbal communication
- Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
