Legal Secretary
The support and assistance that legal secretaries provide attorneys makes them a vital member of any legal team. We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented individuals who can assist our team of lawyers by organizing corporate documents, corresponding with clients, preparing legal papers, and other secretarial and administrative work.
Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Degree in Legal Management and other related-fields of law is an advantage. • Required Language(s): English, Filipino • Required Skill(s): Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, fast learner, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Marketing Officer
A Marketing Officer's expertise and creativity make them a vital member of any organization. We seek a results-driven and innovative individual to join our dynamic team. The role will play a key part in shaping the firm brand’s presence across both digital and traditional platforms by leading creative campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with talented teams which shall ensure that we remain competitive and impactful in the market. If you are passionate about crafting marketing campaigns and driving results, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields. • At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field is a MUST. • Required Language(s): English, Filipino • Required Skill(s): Social Media Management, Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro. • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Ads, and basic email coding. • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights with understanding of different ad formats.
